For Admission to BigStar Academy

Admission Standards: BigStar Academy maintains high standards for educational achievement and behavior. The administration reserves the right to refuse enrollment or re-enrollment based on these criteria. Attendance at Big Star Academy is a privilege, demanding proper conduct from students, faculty, and parents alike.

Enrollment Process

1. Completion of Application Forms: All required documents must be submitted to the academy office:
   • Student Application Form
   • Tuition Payment Agreement
   • Family Medical Authorization Form
   • Student Conduct Reference Form
   • Consent Form for Photographs and Video Recordings
2. Enrollment Periods:
   • Open year-round, subject to availability.
3. Interviews:
   • Applicants and their parents/guardians are required to attend an interview with the academy administrator or department supervisor.
   • Academic transcripts or report cards must be presented at the interview.
4. Decision on Admission:
   • Final admission decisions are at the discretion of the academy administration.
5. Compliance with Academy Policies:
   • All attending students must read, sign, and adhere to the academy’s codes of honor, conduct, and dress.
   • Parents are also required to acknowledge and sign the Parent Agreement.
